Seneca County Sheriff Deputies charged a 16 year old Village of Waterloo youth Friday night with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Andrew L. Kappesser of 11 Carlton Road Waterloo was charged in connection with a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the City of Geneva. Geneva Police requested assistance looking for a vehicle which was registered to a Town of Junius resident when it was reported to them that the vehicle struck another then fled. The vehicle was located by Sheriff’s Deputies on Whiskey Hill Road. Geneva Police responded to the scene. The investigation revealed that the owner did not allow Kappesser permission to operate the vehicle. Kappesser was issued traffic tickets from Geneva Police and an appearance ticket from Deputies. Kappesser has to appear in Junuis Town court to answer charges on November 18th.
