Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies investigated a one car PIMVA on ST. RT. 96 in the Town of Covert. Timothy P. Nelson, age 34, of Littleton Colorado was operating a 2000 Cadillac northbound when he appearantly fell asleep. The vehicle left the westside of the roadway struck a ditch and overturned. Nelson complained of minor chest injuries and was taken to CMC by Trumansburg Ambulance. Interlaken Fire Dpeartment on Scene. Nelson was cited for AUO3rd and Failing to keep right.
