On, Tuesday, October 28th, 2008 at about 4:58 AM, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Stephen N. Torrez, age 22, of 35 Stewart Street, Waterloo, NY 13165 for unlawful imprisonment in the second degree and harassment in the second degree following a physical domestic at the residence. It is alleged that Torrez choked, slapped and attempted to prevent a 24 year old female from leaving the residence to contact police during the altercation. Torrez was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court where a class “A” order of protection was issued and he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 bail or $2000.00 bond. He is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court at a later date to answer to these charges.
