The Waterloo Police Department arrested Matthew J. Tyler, age 17, of 38 East Main Street, Waterloo, for criminal trespass 3rd. It is alleged Tyler entered the Waterloo Community Center, 3 Oak Street, Waterloo, on October 4th, 2008, after he had been previously warned by the Community Center Director he was not allowed on the property. Tyler was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on October 29th, 2008 to answer to this charge.
