Harrasment, criminal mischief arrest in Waterloo

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested Miguel J. Reyes, age 29, of 350 Rt.5 Apt. 9 in Waterloo for Harassment 2nd and Criminal Mischief 4th. The arrest stems from a Domestic Dispute where it is alleged that Reyes damaged the property of a female living at that residence. Reyes was also charged with subjecting the female to physical contact. Reyes was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and ROR’ed. Reyes returns to Waterloo Court on 11/18/08 at 1pm to answer the charges.
