The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an “Operation Safe Child Program” on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at North Seneca Ambulance on North Road, Waterloo, from 10AM to 2PM.A Safe Child Card” will be given to each child. In addition to the “Safe Child Program” the Waterloo Lions Club will be present to conduct a vision photo screening for all preschool aged children. This free program will help determine whether there are possible vision or eye problems that could lead to vision loss and poor school performance.Sheriff Jack Stenberg and the Waterloo Lions Club urges you to take advantage of these free services to help keep our children safe and to insure that vision problems are caught early.
