Arrests made after SF apartment disturbance

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies arrested three people following a disturbance at a Town of Seneca Falls apartment complex. Deputies responded after a report of a fight inside the apartment. After Deputies arrived, two subjects pushed Officers while they were investigating the incident and they were subsequently arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration in the second degree. The subjects arrested were Tiffany A. Carrasquillo, 22, and Justin D. Jacobson, 20, both of 2133 Routes 5 & 20 Apt. 21C in Seneca Falls. Carrasquillo and Jacobson were arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and were both committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond. Both are to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on October 22nd, 2008 at 9am.While investigating the incident, Deputies also arrested Samuel B. Santiago, 25, of 66 Avis Street in Rochester, after they discovered he was wanted for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a Class B Felony, out of the Canandaigua City Court. Deputies executed the arrest warrant and turned Santiago over to the Canandaigua Police Department for further action.
