On 10-15-08 at 9:30 AM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested Brandyn L. Backus, age 22, of 931 Marsh Road, Seneca Falls on a warrant for Criminal contempt second degree. Mr. Backus allegedly had contact with a village resident on August 29, 2008 when there was an order of protection in effect prohibiting him from having any contact with the individual. Mr. Backus was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Jail on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 bail bond. Mr Backus is to appear back in Village court on November 5, 2008.
