Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Sheriff’s Deputies investigated a one car Personal Injury Motor Vehicle Accident on Burgess Road in the Town of Waterloo. Sheriff’s Deputies report that a vehicle driven by Zachariah S. Disanto, age 20, of 1500 Route 318 Waterloo, was southbound on Burgess Road in the Town of Waterloo when he lost control and overturned in a ditch. Disanto was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital where he was treated for minor cuts and bruises. A passanger in the vehicle, Kenneth A. Grass, age 21, of 1429 Gassner Rd. Waterloo also was transported to Geneva General Hospital. Grass received minor cuts and bruises. Disanto was charged with Failure to Reduce Speed Special Hazard, Unsafe Passing and Driving to the Left of Pavement Markings. Waterloo Fire Department also responded.
