With a new look, new equipment, and new features, Schuyler Hospital’s newly renovated Rehabilitation Department will open for business on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, 5-7 p.m.The grand opening will center around a Business After-Hours Mixer for the Schuyler County Chamber of Commerce, at which new Chamber President, Crystal Ricks, will also be introduced.The renovated facility offers an aesthetically pleasing color palette, more efficiency and privacy – including two private treatment rooms – and a new designated hand therapy area. New services include one of the only nationally certified lymphedema specialists in the region. Also new are electric beds, and new functional equipment including a traction machine and balance machine.
