Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Charles R. Belliveau, age 45, of 2121 West Seneca St. Lodi, NY for Assault in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a fight at a Town of Lodi business where it is alledged that Belliveau struck a Town of Lodi resident causing lacerations to the face. During the course of the investigation, Larry A. Hollister, age 44, of 1940 Lower Lake Rd Lodi, NY was arrested for Harassment in the 2nd Degree as a result of the incident. While Deputies were attempting to take Hollister into custody, Hollister resisted arrest and was charged with Resisting Arrest. Belliveau is to appear before the Town of Lodi Court on October 22nd, 2008 at 1:00pm. Hollister is to appear before the Town of Lodi court on October 29th, 2008 at 1:00pm. The investigation is continuing and more charges are pending.
