On September 26, 2008 at approximately 8:42p.m the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jessica L. Denman, age 28, of 13 VanRensselaer Street Lot#6. Denman was arrested for Rape 3rd and Endangering the welfare of a child. It was alledged that Denman had sexual intercourse with a 14 year old male back in June of 2006. Denman was arraigned in front of Judge Mahoney at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was ROR. Denman has to appear back to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10/08/2008 at 10:00a.m.
