On September 22, 2008 at approximately 8:03 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested Rachael A. VonBergen, age 19, of 1008 Waterloo-Geneva Road, Waterloo, NY. VonBergen was arrested and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. VonBergen is accused of contacting a village resident via telephone on 09/10/08, which was in violation of an order of protection. VonBergen also allegedly threaten to harm that same village resident after contacting the resident by telephone. VonBergen also had a bench warrant for Violating the Conditions of her Sentence that stemmed from a previous charge out of SF Town Court. VonBergen was located with assistance from Waterloo PD and was turned over to Seneca Falls PD. VonBergen was arraigned in Junius Town Court before Judge Laird and was committed to SCCF and had bail set at $10,000 Cash/$20,000 Bond. She is scheduled to appear in SF Town Court before Judge Mahoney on 10/08/08 at 10:00 a.m.
