Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies report that on 19, at 11:05 , Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Timothy P. Warne, age 53, of 1474 Pleasant Street in Willard, on County Road 131 in the of . was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI, Failure to Keep Right, and Failure to Reduce Speed and was arraigned in the Covert Town Court. Warne was released on his own recognizance and appear in the Ovid Town Court on October 6, 2008 at 7:00pm. The Charges stem from a property damage motor vehicle accident where Warne’s vehicle suffered extensive damage.
