Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies responded to State Route 318 west of the Nine Foot Road for a report of a 2 car personal injury auto accident. A car driven by 68 Yo Michael J. Juarez from California had pulled over to the north side of the road and wanted to turn around. When he entered back into traffic he pulled out and in front of a car that was westbound and overtaking. That car was being operated by 38 YO Tammy L. Allison of 13108 West Church Street Savannah. Junius Fire and North Seneca Ambulance responded to the sceen. Allison was treated at the scene and was transported by North Seneca Ambulance for minor facial injuries. There were no other injuries reported. Juarez was ticketed for fail to yeild right of way entering the roadway and will have to answer to the charge in Junius Town Justice Court at a later date. Both vehicles were heavily damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
