Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s investigators arrested Kyle W. Craig age 17 of Waterloo (no permanent adress). Craig was charged with Burglary in the second degree, and Petit Larceny. It is alledged that Craig broke into a Town of Seneca Falls residence, and stole prescription medication, and between $30.00- $40.00 in cash. Craig was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court, and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash bail/ $10,000.00 secured bond. Craig is scheduled to re- appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on September 17, 2008 at 10:00 am. The case is still under investigation.
