Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Ned W. Ewing, age 17, of 4887 Route 96a Romulus, NY 14541 for Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. The charge stems from a incident at a Town of Varick residential facility, where it is alledged that Ewing kicked a glass door causing damage. Ewing was released on a appearance ticket and is to appear before the Town of Varick Court on 10/02/08 at 7:30pm to answer the charge.
