Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Investigator’s arrested Jamie O. Davidoff, age 19, of 287 Fall St. Seneca Falls for burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and petit larceny. Davidoff is accused of breaking into a Town of Seneca Falls business on 08/05/08 and taking keys to a 2007 BMW that he then stole and crashed causing $3,688.96 in damage. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond. He is scheduled to reappear in court on 09/15/08 at 3:00pm.
