From a virtual homecoming to a comedy performance by Pauly Shore, Monroe Community College’s Alumni Week and Homecoming, Sept. 29 through Oct. 4, offers MCC’s nearly 400,000 alumni many fun reasons to reconnect with the college. The annual event is hosted by the Monroe Community College Foundation in partnership with the Campus Association for Student Activities at MCC.Highlights include a virtual homecoming webinar especially for alumni who are curious to see the most recent additions to MCC’s Brighton Campus; faculty lectures; a Damon City Campus faculty appreciation luncheon; an alumni golf outing at Lakeshore Country Club; cooking demonstrations; an MCC Lady Tribunes soccer game; family fun and fitness activities; and a 5K walk/run for scholarships. Comedian Pauly Shore will perform at 7:30 pm Saturday, Oct. 4 at MCC’s Stabins Physical Education Complex (Bldg. 10), 1000 East Henrietta Rd. Parking is available in Lot G. Special $10 alumni rate tickets for Pauly Shore are available by calling the MCC Foundation at 585.262.1500.
