State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a report of theft of prescription drugs from Kinney’s Drug Store in the Town of Seneca Falls, Seneca County. On 09/04/08, Tabatha L. Joyner, Age 31, of 35 Mynderse street in the Village of Seneca Falls, NY was arrested and charged with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Control Substance 4th(Class C Felonies). Joyner allegedly stole 314 Hydrocodone prescription pills while being employed by Kinney Drugs. Joyner was arraigned by T/J Mahoney and remanded to Seneca Co. Correctional facility with $5000 bail/$10,000 bond. Joyner is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/09/08 at 3:00 PM.
