Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jim R. Howard Jr. age 29 of 7166 Prospect St. Ovid on a charge of criminal mischief in the 4th degree. Howard was arrested after a domestic incident in which he allegedly broke property that did not belong to him. Howard was arraigned before Romulus Town Courts Justice Gruelle where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250.00 cash bail or $500.00 bond. Howard is scheduled to appear before Ovid Town Court on September 8th 2008 to answer the charge.
