A vehicle being operated by Irene Cottrell, 77, of 659 Stone Church Road in Junius, was eastbound on Dublin Road when she struck a construction vehicle that was parked in a construction zone. Cottrell was unable to see the vehicle due to sun glare. Cottrell complained of a foot injury and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by private vehicle. The Junius Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance also responded to the scene. Cottrell’s vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.
