Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested a 15 year Town of Lodi Teen for criminal mischief in the fourth degree and making graffiti. The charges stem from an incident in which the teen, while at a Town of Ovid residence and tried to break into a lock box. He then spray painted on a shed and spray painted a refrigerator and a wooden shelf valued at $100. The teen was issued a summons to appear in Family Court to answer to the charges.
