Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested Dennis R Nolan, age 51, of 264 Mclennan Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13205 on Thursday August 28th, 2008 at about 2:06 AM for Failure To Register As A Sex Offender warrant issued out of the City of Syracuse. Deputies found Nolan at a rest area on State Route 96A in the Town of Romulus sleeping in his vehicle. After Nolan was taken into custody he was turned over to Syracuse P.D for further actions. Nolan was being sought by police agencies in central New York after a bulletin was sent out, by the City of Syracuse, attempting to find Nolan’s whereabouts when he failed to notify authorities that he was no longer living at his registered address.
