Car/Cement Mixer Crash in Waterloo

Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Deputies responded in front of 395 Waterloo Geneva Road in the Town of Waterloo for the report of a Personal Injury Motor Vehicle Accident. Deputies report that a vehicle driven by David L. Ansuini, age 29, of 50 Church St Waterloo, NY 13165 was pulling out of a Town of Waterloo Business when it was struck by a Cement Mixer Truck driven by Donald K. White, age 36, of 1561 Route 318 Waterloo, NY 13165. Ansuini, was checked over by North Seneca Ambulance Personnel, and released with minor cuts and bruises. White was uninjured. Ansuini was issued a traffic summons for Failure to Yield the Right of Way and is to appear in Town of Waterloo court on September 30 2008. The accident is still under investigation and more charges are being considered. Both vehicles were heavily damaged and towed from the scene. Border City Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
