Waterloo Police arrested Duane T. David, age 26, of 473 Hamilton St Apt 36, Geneva NY for three counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree. He was observed purchasing alcohol at the Waterloo Express Mart and then giving it to three underage males in the parking lot. He was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and sent to SCCF on $1000 / $2000 bail. He will appear in Waterloo Village Court on 9/17/08 to answer the charges.
