Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Ermeal J. Whitfield age 27 of 10 Goodman Street Apartment M123 Geneva for Harassment 2nd and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. Charges stem from an April 7th Domestic in the Town of Seneca Falls where it is alleged that he held a female down against her will and and choked her. Whitfield was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Marsh and released after an “A” order of protection was issued. Whitfield will have to appear in Seneca Falls Town court at a later date.
