Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested Cody M. Linehan age 16 of 3597 Rt. 89 Seneca Falls, NY for aggravated harassment in the second degree and Harassment in the second degree. The charges stem form two different incidents in which Linehan called and threatened a Town of Fayette resident. Linehan then went to the same individuals place of employment. He got into an argument where he ended pushing and attempted to strike them. Linehan was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Fayette Court and is to appear on September 3, 2008 to answer to the charges.
