The Waterloo Police Department arrested Peggy S. Soucie age 19 of 40 Oak Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and Harassment in the second degree. It is alleged that Soucie attacked another woman while in the Village of Waterloo by striking her in the face several times and breaking her property. Soucie was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court before Judge Marsh where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash or $400 insured bond and a Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim. Soucie is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on September 03, 2008 to answer the charges.
