On Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 9:45 PM, the Waterloo Village Police Department arrested James D. Andrews, age 24, of 13-A Stanton Meadows, Seneca Falls, NY for Criminal Mischief 4th degree. Mr. Andrews allegedly damaged a Fence and a wooden chair at the Post Lounge on June 22, 2008. Mr. Andrews was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on August 13 to answer the charge.
