SFPD arrested Jason M. O’Hora, age 30, of 2949 St. Rt 89, Seneca Falls, NY 13149 at about 12:18am on Fall Street. While police were investigating an unwanted and disorderly patron complaint on Fall Street O’Hora pushed a police officer and was then fought with officers while being taken into custody. While being processed at the station O’Hora damaged a pair of handcuffs. O’Hora was charged with two counts of Harassment 2nd, Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Resisting Arrest. O’Hora was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the SCCF in lieu of $2000 cash/$4000 bond and is to reappear Seneca Falls Town Court on August 7th, 2008 at 10am. SFPD was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Park Police.
