Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Deputies arrested Randolph C Legg age 48 of 638 Transit Road Wyoming NY on the charge of menacing in the second degree. It is alleged that Randolph got into a verbal altercation with another motorist at a Town of Tyre business, at which point Randolph displayed a handgun. Randolph was arrested at the scene and the gun was recovered. Randolph was arraigned in the Town of Junius court as committed to jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail. He is to reappear in the Town of Tyre court on Aug 5,2008 at 5:00 PM.
