Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Casey R. Baker age 16 of 332 Larchmont RD. Elmira,N.Y. 14905. Baker was arrested on a warrant from the Town Of Ovid Court for aggravated harassment 2nd. The charges stems from Baker allegedly threatening to kill a Village of Ovid resident and her family during a phone conversation. Baker was arraigned in the Town Of Romulus Court, and committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility on $500.00 cash or $1,000.00 bond. Baker is to reappear in the Town Of Ovid Court on 07-28-08 at 7:00pm to answer to the charge. An A- order of protection was issued at court.
