SF Woman Punches Deputy, Arrested

Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that deputies arrested Susan Y. Hilkert, age 47, of 22 Oak Street, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Harassment in the second degree and resisting arrest at about 9:30 PM on July 14th, 2008n after Hilkert punched a Deputy on the chest with a closed fist while the deputy was investigating a fight that occurred on Hecker Road in the Town of Waterloo. Hilkert was taken into custody and arraigned in Junius Town Court and held on $1000.00 bail or $2000.00. She is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on August 12th, 2008 to answer to these charges. The Deputy involved was uninjured.
