State Police, Waterloo, NY, report the arrest of an individual following an investigation into a report of an Identity Theft and Petit Larceny in the Town of Seneca Falls, Seneca County. On 07/15/08, Adam J. Goff, Age 19, of 36 Miller St. Seneca Falls, NY was arrested and charged with Identity Theft 3rd, One count of Petit Larceny and one count of Attempted Petit Larceny. Goff allegedly used a stolen credit card to purchase gas at Sunoco in the Town of Seneca Falls and attempted to purchase goods with the same stolen credit card at Wal-Mart in the Town of Seneca Falls on 07/04/08. Goff arraigned by T/J Mahoney and given pre-trial release. Goff is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 07/23/08 at 9:00 AM.
