Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports on July 11, 2008 at 7:58 pm James H. Stafford 43 of 8930 State Route 414 Lodi was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child. Stafford is accused of placing his twelve year old son in a headlock and striking him with a closed fist in the shoulder. Stafford was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court and is was released. He is scheduled to reappear on 8-20-08
