The Waterloo Police Department arrested Adam J. Goff, age 19, of 36 Miller St in Seneca Falls on 7/9/08 at around 1 pm on charges of Burglary 2nd, Grand Larceny 4th and Petit Larceny. The incident occurred at an East Main Street residence on 7/4/08 where Goff allegedly entered a residence without permission and stole a credit card and numerous DVD’s while no one was home. Goff was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to Seneca County Jail on $5000 cash bail or $10,000 insured bond. He is to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on 7/16/08 to answer the charges. NYSP-WATERLOO is assiting in further investigation into the incident.
