Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Michael J. McClellen age 30 of 26 Cherry Street Lyons, NY for petit larceny. It is alledged that McClellen took some prescribed medication from a residence in the Town of Varick on June 26th 2008. McClellen was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Varick Town Court on August 7th 2008 at 7:30 p.m to answer the charges.
