Fight outside Ovid VFW Monday evening – FingerLakes1.com Archive

Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Fight in the front yard of the Ovid V.F.W. at 7068 Route 96 in the Town Of Romulus. Sheriff’s Deputies arrested David R. Reich age 38 of 22 Keller AVE. Kenmore, N.Y. 14517 and Nancy L. Reich age 34 of 2105 Water ST. Ovid, N.Y.14521 both were charged with Harassment 2nd. It is alleged that Nancy slapped a male subject in the face, then her husband threw the male subject to the ground, and started to kick him in the chest and face, causing the subject to have a black eye and some bruising to the rib area. The victim refused medical attention. David and Nancy were arraigned in the Town Of Ovid Court Where they paid $100.00 bail each then were released. David and Nancy are to reappear in the Town Of Romulus Court on July 11th 2008 at 10:00am to answer to the charge.
