The Waterloo Police Department arrested Michael J. McClellan age 30 of 26 Cherry Street Lyons, NY 14489 for 4 counts of Issuing a Bad Check. It is alleged that McClellan wrote 4 checks to 2 different Village of Waterloo Businesses and at the time of issuance, there were insufficient funds in the account to cover the checks. McClellan was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon where he plead guilty to the charges. He was sentenced to appear on July 07, 2008 to pay $719.27 in restitution to cover the checks and all the accumulated fines.
