Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that sheriff deputies arrested Pamela A. Carlson, age 44, of 6046 County Road 4, Hector, NY 14841 for recless endangerment in the second degree, resisting arrest and 70 mph. in a 55 mph. zone following a traffic stop on State Route 414 in the Town of Lodi at about 5:41 pm. It is alleged that when a Deputy was attempting to issue a speeding ticket, Carlson pulled away from the Deputy causing the rear tire of her vehicle to roll over the dupies foot. While being taken into custody, Carlson attempted to pull away from the arresting Deputy several times. Carlson was arraigned in the Covert Town Court and released after paying $100.00 cash bail and is to reappear in Lodi Town Court on July 16th, 2008 to answer to these charges. The Deputy involved in this incident was uninjured.
