HAZMAT crews and local fire and police officials are on the scene of an acid spill spanning about 300 yards along Ovid Street in Seneca Falls on Tuesday night. The spill spans from near the Center/Bayard St. intersection and extends to the stoplights at the Bayard St. / Ovid St. intersection. No injuries were reported but that stretch of the road remains closed at 8:44 pm.
