Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that on June 18th 2008 at 1146 hrs Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Zachary L. Fox age 16 of 1427 Main Street Willard for Criminal Mischief 3rd a class E Felony. It is alleged that on June 17th at about 1130 p.m. Fox went to a Town of Ovid residence and smashed out windows in a car and threw a cast iron ball into the car causing damage. Fox was arraigned before Town of Ovid Justice Ewing and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in liue of $500 cash or $1,000 bond and will have to reappear in Ovid Town court on June 23rd 2008 at 7p.m.
