Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Frank M. Guererri JR age 22 of 385 Waterloo-Geneva RD Waterloo, N.Y.13165. Guererri was charged with Harassment 2nd , and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from a domestic that took place in Guererri’s home. It is alleged that Guererri shoved his Ex-girlfriend against a wall in front of his one year old child. Guererri was arraigned in the Town Of Waterloo Court,where he was released, and is to reappear on 07-08-08 at 1:00pm to answer to the charges.
