The Waterloo Police Department arrested John D. Kirby, age 36,of 5138-A East Lake Road, Romulus, NY on several charges after an incident in the southeast municipal parking lot behind the Post Office on Saturday night around 10:30PM. Waterloo Police were handling a seperate incident at the same location when Kirby continued to yell obscenities at them. He fought with the arresting officer while being arrested and ripped the sleeve of the officer’s shirt. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief 4th degree. He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $1500 / $3000 bail. He is to reappear on 7/9/08 at 1000hrs to answer the charges.
