Waterloo Police arrested Sulejman ‘Sal’ Borcilo, 39, of 105 North St, Fayetteville, NY for A.U.O 3rd and speeding in a school zone on 6/12/08 at 0800 hrs. He pled guilty in Village of Waterloo Court and was fined $410 and sentenced to 7 days in jail.
