Threatening phone calls to Varick lead to arrest

Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Benjamin M. Pardee age 26 of 1055 Leader RD. Geneva , N.Y.14456. Pardee was charged with aggravated harassment 2nd. The charges stem from a domestic that took place on 06-05-08 in the Town of Varick. It is alleged that Pardee made threating phone calls to his ex-girlfriend numerous times. Pardee was arraigned in the Town Of Varick Court,where he was released, and is to reappear on 06-12-08 at 7:00pm to answer to the charge.
