Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies report that on June 2nd, 2008 at 10:06 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mary H. Miner, age 42, of 21 Morris Street in Auburn, on Route 96A in the Town of Romulus. She was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree, and Speed not Reasonable and Prudent. Miner was arraigned in the Romulus Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Miner is to reappear in the Romulus Town Court on June 6th, 2008 at 9:30am.The charges stem from a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 96A in the Town of Romulus where Miner allegedly rear-ended a motorcycle being operated by Raymond L. Preston, Jr., 54, of 993 Kennedy Road in Romulus. Preston was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered a fractured leg. Preston was transported to Geneva General Hospital by South Seneca Ambulance. Miner was uninjured in the collision. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage and were towed from the scene.
