Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that on 05/30/08 sheriff’s investigators arrested Robert M. Gaskin, age 19, no known address for assault in the second degree. Gaskin, who is an inmate in the Seneca County Correctional Facility, is accused of assaulting another inmate on 05/19/08. The victim had to be treated at Geneva General hospital for a broken nose and contusions and bruises to his face. Gaskin was arraigned before the Town of Romulus Court where he received an additonal $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to reappear in court on 06/06/08 at 9:00am.
