Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Stephen N. Torrez, age 22, of 2543 Reed Road, Waterloo, NY 13165 for petit larceny. It is alleged that Torrez went to a residence in the Town of Junius and stole two 12″ Eclipse speakers from a vehicle on Caroline Road Ext. at about 1:30 AM on May 14th, 2008. Torrez was released on an appearance ticket and it to appear in the Town of Junius Court on May 27th, 2008 at 7:00 PM to answer to this charge.
